Dr. Norbert Grasselli is the managing director of INNOVA. He has finished his Business administration studies (M.Sc.) in 1999, at the University of Debrecen in Hungary, with the special field International business. He has been working as lecturer at the University of Debrecen from 1999 to 2005, and has published his Ph.D. thesis in the area of Regional development with the title of “Monitoring the economic potentials of regions” in 2006. He spent two semesters as guest researcher at the University of Hohenheim (Stuttgart, Germany). He had been the consortium leader of the Regional Innovation Agency since it has been operating since 2005, as a department of Észak-Alföld Regional Development Agency. From the 2005 to 2010 Norbert was working as full time deputy director at the Regional Development Agency Észak-Alföld (RDA), where he was responsible for regional innovation issues, spatial planning, project pipeline, international relations and the coordination of the consultancy network. As head of the regional innovation team at the RDA he was creating regional support programs for innovation, developing the network of innovation consultants, establishing business contacts among universities and enterprises. His team planned and implemented the Regional Innovation Strategy, with the methodological help of Innovating Regions in Europe (IRE). As representative of the region, he was actively participating the Lisbon Monitoring Platform, initiated by the Committee of the Regions. He works as an expert in several European projects like Interreg IV, FP7, CIP. He is expert of the DG Enterprise CIP.

Adrienn Bálintné Papp - head of project development unit

Adrienn Bálintné Papp has been working at INNOVA Észak-Alföld Regional Innovation Agency since January 2010. She graduated with economics degree in International Business specialization, and she also pursued European studies. She has an intermediate language exam in English and in German, also including professional components. After the university she started to work at Eszak-Alfold Regional Development Agency as a project manager, where she was the controller of the Phare Pre-accession Funds supported by the ERDF and ESF-type projects, she participated in the implementation of regional programs as a team leader. She has been worked as a financial manager in Regional Operational Programme funded "Partner of the partnership" professional training project that involved all microregions of the region. After the birth of her daughter she worked as an environment-development team leader in the Regional Development Agency till January 2010. Now she works as a project manager at INNOVA Regional Development Agency. She is the main contact for researchers of the University of Debrecen. She is responsible for the implementation of FLAME project which is supported by Central Europe Programme.
Brigitta Maté - project manager

Brigitta Maté has been working as a project manager at INNOVA Észak-Alföld Regional Innovation Agency since January 2011. She graduated from the University of Debrecen with a degree in programmer mathematician. She is proficient in English. She gained project manager experience in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Institute. She worked as a team leader in banking area where her task included corporate lending and acquisition. From 2008, she had worked in North Great Plain Regional Development Agency where she was responsible for the economical development of the Microregional Coordination Network. Now she works as a project manager in AFRESH (Countering diet-related diseases through competitive regional food- and physical activity custers) and HealthTIES (Healthcare – Technological Innovations and Economic Success) projects.
Gábor Poór –junior manager

Gábor Poór graduated in 2009 with a degree in Political Science-History at the University of Debrecen, where she also pursued EU studies. During the years of university he studied English in abroad. He spent the 2007-2008 semester in the Denmark’s Aalborg University, where he was Msc student in EU speciality. In 2008 he participated in a 3-months internship programme in the Development Directorate of the Ministry of Environment and Water. He has advanced-level language exam in English and basic-level exam in German. Gábor Poór works as a junior manager at INNOVA besides he takes part in cluster projects.

Ms. Anita Tóth works as a financial project manager at INNOVA Észak-Alföld Regional Innovation Agency. Her primary task involves coordinating the tasks of the financial team in order to ensure the continuously operation in INNOVA. She manages and conducts the tasks of controlling at INNOVA (contracts, financial management and quality assurance). She plans and monitors the company's business plan and its implementation. Her other major task is the management of the national and international (FP7, CIP, Interreg IVC, Central Europe) project’s financial aspects and the preparation of financial and professional reports. She has been working at INNOVA since 2007. She was responsible for the financial management and closure of the COGNAC – FP6, Biorefinary - FP6, Clusterm - FP7 projects financed by RIA 2005-2007 consortium. Her tasks included participation in the implementation of the Phare programmes in 2000, 2002 and 2002-2003, as well as the financial and procedural monitoring and controlling of these programmes on regional level. In addition, she also took part in the implementation of the ROP3.1.3 “Partner in Partnership” training project in her capacity as financial manager until July 2007. She graduated in 2003 with a degree in economics and specialisation in enterprise management from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Debrecen, where she also pursued EU studies. In 2006 she received her second degree from the University of Debrecen in regional development, with an emphasis on urban and regional development in the European Union. In 2010 she spent two months in Brussels Representation of the Valencia region of Spain.
Zsuzsa Mézesné Makó - project assistant

Zsuzsa Makó has been working as a project assistant at INNOVA Regional Development Agency since 2008. She participates in organisation and preparation of trainings, events, conferences of national and international projects. Her task involves ensuring the undisturbed operation of the office. Her first degree is in the field of Faculty of Pedagogy, and then she graduated from University of Debrecen as ethnographer, museum specialists and ethnography department of a secondary school teacher. She is proficient in English. Now, she studies at University of Debrecen, Human Resources Consulting department. She got her project assistant practice at a regional center of a multinational company.
Mariann Albert - financial assistant

Mariann Albert has been working as a financial assistant at INNOVA Észak-Alföld Regional Innovation Agency since 2009. Her task involves updating financial records, preparation of accounts and billing and financial administration. She is also responsible for the preparation of financial accounts of national and international projects. She graduated in 2009 with a degree in economics, in the specialisation of enterprise-management from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Debrecen. During the university she spent half a year in Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes Commerciales Collage in marketing specialization in Brussels. She has an intermediate-level language exam in English and German, also including professional components, and her accountant certificate is currently in progress.

Tímea Kossuth-Balogh works as a financial assistant at INNOVA Észak-Alföld Regional Innovation Agency. She graduated in 2007 with a degree in Agricultural Economics with specialization in Trade, Marketing and Enterprise-management at the University of Debrecen, Centre of Agricultural Science. She also has International Forwarding and Logistics manager qualification. She gained her financial practices at a multinational company in Ireland. She keeps updated financial records, the projectmanagement software. Her tasks also include preparation of financial accounts of national and international projects. She has an intermediate level exam in English.

Orsolya Gregán - head of unit, external relations

Orsolya Gregán graduated at the University of Debrecen with a degree in economics, specialised in International-EU and Financial Accounting. She has an intermediate-level language exam in English, also including professional components, she also studied Russian. She recently acquired the public procurement qualification. She has a bride scale of work experience in the field of European Union funds as she worked at the Economy-development Unit of Debrecen’s Mayor Office, the Directorate of Hortobágy National Park and Észak-Alföld Regional Development Agency. She took part as a coordinator in various types of projects (LIFE, ROP, INTERREG) which includes preparation of accounts and reports and contact with partners. Her last major work was the coordination of NEEBOR (Networking for Enterprises in the Eastern External Border Regions) INTERREG IVC project as a lead partner. The project has grown out from the Network of Eastern External Border Regions, a wide European initiative aimed at the collaboration of regions from European Union countries on its external borders. Aim of the project was to facilitate the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. As a project manager at INNOVA Orsolya is responsible for the implementation of AMI4Europe project (FP7) and for the coordination of the regional thermal cluster.
Beata Vecsi - junior manager

Beata Vecsi works as a junior manager at Észak-Alfold Regional and Innovation Agency. Her primary task involves the coordination of EU projects (IPP and INNOTRAIN) and the communication tasks of them. She graduated at the University of Debrecen with a degree in English language teaching. She also graduated at the Central Europe University with a degree in Master of Business Administration specializedn in marketing. In Glenobe Business School she studied international business. She took part in an international business English course in New York. She acquired her project management practices in the centre of several multinational companies (Mexx Hungary Ltd.; T-Mobile; British Telecom) as a product manager. She has advanced language exam in English and intermediate level exam in German, with foreign trade and guide qualified.
Fruzsina Ökrös - junior manager

Fruzsina Ökrös has been working as a junior manager in the international group since July 2010. She graduated in 2010 with a degree in economics at the University of Debrecen. She spent a semester in Brussels where she conducted international studies and worked as a trainee for the Representation of Észak-Alföld Region. She is involved in international projects, marketing and communication tasks as well as event-organization. She has advanced language exam in English and intermediate level German exam, also including professional components.

Istvan Kollár-Éri has been working for Innova since January 1ts, 2012, as a project manager of the Unit of External relations. Previously he has been a colleague of the Regional Office of Youth Services, responsible for the international programmes. he studied Sociology and English teaching at the University of Miskolc, and International Relations at the College of Nyíregyháza. He speaks English fluently and German at an intermediate level.
